BALTIMORE 2.0 You won ’ t get it til you get here .

After a robust RFP process reviewing more than 40 agencies , Visit Baltimore , with the support of a diverse stakeholder panel , unanimously selected a new creative agency , SPARK , to help us evolve the Visit Baltimore brand .
Together , we developed an extension of our Your People Are Here brand work . A creative evolution rather than a revolution , the new work inspires curiosity and intrigue around the rich culture and experiences Baltimore has to offer . This refresh targets our Pioneer and Creative Spirit audiences by making them feel like they ’ ve been missing out by not visiting Baltimore and participating in the multidimensional story that is unapologetically us .
Our team conducted more than 50 interviews with community members across 20 disciplines to understand Baltimore through the lens of those whose hearts and hands contribute to the city ’ s vibrancy . From the interviews , SPARK was able to pull out several key themes that then informed our new campaign , Get Here .
