BALTIMORE . ORG PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS
In fiscal year 2023 , events dominated visitor interests on Baltimore . org . Our team started creating more in-depth landing pages for popular annual events such as Flower Mart , AFRAM and Preakness . These pages offered more details beyond just date and time such as where to park and eat nearby and what else you can do in the area . So far , visitors seem to appreciate the extra information as these pages quickly became the most viewed pages on our website during the relevant timeframe .
Our Instagram Reels reached far and wide , showcasing the numerous events happening in Charm City throughout the year , from winter holidays and springtime to more specific holidays like Halloween and Juneteenth .
Our team worked with local videographer Ime Umoh to create the first-ever live cover for the Visit Baltimore Visitor Guide using drone footage he captured while shooting the cover photography .
