Main focus of TWEX Exchange is to provide a private trading platform for
investors to safely and securely trade their investments in private compa-
nies. Whether Investments were made on our Exchange or elsewhere, such
as crowdfunding and crowd lending platforms or direct investments, inve-
stors holders of such investments will be able to register them on the Block-
chain and then offer them in bulk or in parts on our Exchange.
He is also the precursor and inventor of the Tokenised Preferred Share that
many believe to be the future of cryptos. The reason being the oncoming re-
