Women in
Blockchain
Behind all communities, economies and
products that work for everyone and that
involve everyone there should stand the
idea of equality.
However the percentage of women involved
in Blockchain is still lower when compared
to the percentage of men. Unfortunately
the stereotype is true that this technology
was developed mainly by men and for men.
Luckily the truth is that there are many wo-
men actually involved blockchains and the-
ir endless experience and knowledge opens
brand new perspective on the subject.
Anna Katarzyna Nietyksza
from Poland is an experienced manager
and company founder, working since
12 years for listed companies and inve-
