Growing Together in Europe by Dancing and eTwinning by Olga Mosca

“ Growing Together in Europe by Dancing” and eTwinning promoted traditional dances and inclusivity as pathways for the comprehensive development of every student, showing how diversity is an asset and exemplifying a transdisciplinary approach that transformed a small school community.
The educational path conducted this year, particularly the EAS-SLE( Situated Learning Episodes) titled“ Growing Together in Europe by Dancing,” involved 7 teachers and 43 students( including three with ADHD, two exhibiting oppositional-defiant behaviours, three migrants, and two with Specific Learning Disabilities) from the 4th and 5th grades of the“ Alberto Manzi” Primary School in Scafati. This path is the continuum of the eTwinning project“ Growing Together in Culture and Language for a Richer Education,” which was implemented in
2024. The investigation and assessment conducted in 2024( addressing training needs, educational emergencies, strengths, cognitive styles, and the identification of students ' multiple intelligences) served as the pedagogical foundation from which I, as an eTwinner and SEN teacher, began to focus and“ orient” the new training action. This approach emphasized expressive, communicative, motor, rhythmic, and plastic elements while also ensuring the development and consolidation of traditional academic skills( language, history, geography, ICT, art, etc.). The EAS-SLE, due to its adaptability regarding both time and content, has enabled the entire teaching team to:- developing micro-learning that is integrated into the curriculum,- proposing significant activities that are pertinent to real-life contexts
