The virtual tours of our cities is an activity in which
students selected a part of the city and the way
they want to present it. All the material was
uploaded to the joint Thinglink presentation as a
virtual guide through its city as the project's final
result. Students have disseminated the project on
the school website and local media by doing this,
they developed media literacy.
In the final phase of the project students assessed
the project by doing peer reviews on the project
results as well as the final survey on the project
which examined the students’ satisfaction with the
project.
Along with developing students’ skills, this project
also marked the European Year of Cultural
Heritage.
In the final phase of the project, pupils performed
peer reviews by explaining their grades, to answer
questions about the cities of partner schools as a
check on how much they have learned. The final
survey examines the student's satisfaction with the
project. This project also marked the European Year
of Cultural Heritage.
