EMOTIONAL WELLBEING " seminar in Jachranka , Poland .
Poland provided all participants with complex , well-developed support materials with valuable content and concrete examples .
The seminar had a well-organized program , presentations alternating with practical activities , both eTwinning ambassadors and beginners were actively involved , solving multiple tasks .
The program activities were presented by welltrained trainers , specialists in their field of activity .
The draft with the activities to be carried out during the Seminar was sent enough days before the start of the activities in Poland . I did research on the internet , as well as in specialized books to find out other information than what I knew , about mindfulness at the youngest ages , as well as yoga in kindergarten . For years I have been passionate about personal development , mindfulness , and this seminar gave me the opportunity to learn how this knowledge can be applied both in kindergarten and in primary school , where I am a teacher .
Regarding the eTwinning platform , this year we carried out three eTwinning projects , Membership " 3in 1 ", " Natural Math ", " GO L . I . V . E . Go-Learning Important Values in eTwinningHubs ". Between June 6-20 , as a trainer of CCD Maramureș , I taught , together with another eTwinning ambassador , the course " Initiation in ESEP / eTwinning . Writing international educational collaboration projects ”. Working on these eTwinning projects and as a CCD MM trainer , I got to know the new platform with its strengths and weaknesses .
This platform , which is still a work in progress , presented us with many challenges , but , with the support of NSO Romania , we successfully overcame them .
The seminar program was a busy one , with a variety of pleasant , attractive , stimulating activities , in which I participated and contributed with great interest , motivated by the desire to learn new things .
The first day started with the registration of the participants , followed by the sessions : " Introduction to eTwinning " presented by Katarzya Drabarek , eTwinning ambassador and Jolanta Gradowska , NSO Poland and " Mindfulness in Education - a real conversation ", speech by Weronika Chmielewska , EduMind Foundation . The day continued with ice-breaking and partnerfinding activities coordinated by Joanna Gadek-Kutner , Laughter Yoga Institute .
The next day , we were divided into three groups : Tadasana , Balasana and Dandasana . Our mentor + novice pair was part of the Balasana group .
The day started by participating in the activity coordinated by Marta Migula " Creative Yoga for Children ", followed by the presentation by Agnieszka Czekajlo and Anna Krzyzanowska - " ESEP & eTwinning - what ? where ? how ? Getting to know the new platform ". After lunch , I participated in Mindfulness every day – supporting children from an early age . Kosmos and Kajo program ", made by Klementyna Jozek . The day ended with outdoor activities in line with the theme of the seminar .
