An important aspect was the design and analysis discussions of the assisted activities together with the Polish teachers where discussions were held about the specifics of their specialized school on the Dalton plan , the structure of the school year , contents , the way lessons are organized , the use of codes , emotional intelligence , teamwork , digital applications , student evaluation methods , the electronic documents , discussions with the school management about school activities , projects , partnerships , activities with parents , etc . technology for educational purposes has not kept pace with these developments . Not all primary and secondary schools have broadband connections and not all teachers have the skills and confidence to use digital tools in their teaching-learning-assessment work .
Between 11.04 - 14.04.2023 , Vocational School " Tiberiu Morariu " Salva was involved in last mixt flow of professional training with jobshadowing internships for teachers and group mobility of students . The host school it was ZS s MS Pod Vinbargom v Bardejove , Bardejov , Slovakia , specializing in the study of content digitization .
From our institution , 2 teachers of different specialties and education levels participated in job-shadowing internships : ( Strugar Georgeta Mariana and Găzdac Vasilica ) and 9 secondary school students from 6 th and 8 th grades : ( Răzvan B ., Robert G ., Bogdan D ., Marius D ., Denisa M ., Darius L ., Andreea M ., Daniel P ., Raul P .) accompanied by two teachers ( Daniel Pop and Mircea Suciu ). We thank the school management and especially the director Prof . Romana Iulia Fetti for the support given , for the collaboration and dissemination of our activities within the local and national communities .
Progress in integrating technology into education continues to be slow . Most young people in Europe use the Internet for social activities . Mobile Internet access has grown significantly in recent years , but the use of
Learning outcomes can be improved and equity and efficiency increased with the help of innovation in education systems , understood as the adoption of new services , technologies , skills by educational organizations . To achieve maximum efficiency and sustainability , innovation must be supported by well-trained teaching staff and must be integrated into clear teaching objectives . Similar to the member states , and in Romania , starting from March 2020 , the " COVID-19 " crisis has reconfigured educational practices from " face-to-face " interaction to the online environment . This challenge highlighted the role of digital education as a key objective for high-quality , accessible and inclusive teaching-learning-assessment , as well as the need for a strategic approach to lifelong digital skills acquisition for all actors involved .
