Through the activity " Geometry in real life ", students explored and understood the concepts and principles of geometry present in everyday life . This activity was approached under three main aspects : Geometry in my country , Geometry through calculations , Greetings in geometric style .
In the first activity , " Geometry in my country ", students investigated how geometry is used in the specific context of their country . They examined concrete examples such as building architecture , urban planning , terrain patterns and local design , all influenced by geometric principles . Through this study , students developed a deeper understanding of the impact geometry has on their society . Finally , an e-book with worksheets was created in collaboration . The second activity , " Geometry through calculations ", involved problem solving and practical exercises that required the application of geometric concepts . Students explored various examples where they had to calculate surfaces , volumes , angles and other geometric sizes . This approach helped to consolidate theoretical knowledge and develop problem-solving skills in real context .
