Subjects are integrated , peers are socializing , and the teacher facilitates versus delivers information . Project-based learning teaches the same concepts as traditional education in a comprehensive way . There is less mechanical memorization and more critical thinking , socialization , and problem-solving . It is a method that offers children a foundation that aligns with the skill sets and strengths they will need as they move into adulthood . This includes critical thinking , communication , and collaboration skills .
What about Self-Esteem ? Is it important ? Very important ! When they have high self-esteem , our students feel confident , capable and accepted for who they are . Raising our students ’ self-esteem might seem like a daunting responsibility . After all , it fluctuates even in the most confident adults ! We alternate between feeling good and not feeling so good about ourselves , but it is very important to cultivate a child ´ s resilience , as well as a sense of pride , self-respect and confidence in their ability to face life ´ s challenges . We have started thinking about another eTwinning project … it will be worth it …

Education brought to children through appropriate and balanced eating habits is an important element in the conscious use of information , in the development of communication skills and helps to involve the child in complex activities by understanding the importance of physical activity for a healthy life .
Linguistics , specific terminology , communication , collaboration , use of digital applications , creativity , knowledge of information about what constitutes wellbeing , balanced diet , healthy diet , importance of physical activity and their involvement will clearly mark their educational growth in terms of a healthy living environment . This determined our participation in an interesting and educational project (“ EAT HEALTHY , SMILE TO THE FUTURE ”), the aspects of a healthy life being indispensable and necessary in the education and development of the child . Maintaining healthy eating habits from generation to generation and developing students ' conscious use of technology and their communication skills were other important goals to pursue and achieve . The average age of our students involved was 10 years , the chosen age category being 4 - 11 years , the total working group including 13 teachers and 110 students , of which 29 were representatives of the Jean Monnet Theoretical High School .
