One particularly valuable experience was the online workshop“ Career Ready: Building Your Future with Europass.” It was delivered by Rodica Isac, representative of the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova and responsible for Europass tools within the Euroguidance initiative. Collaboration requiring every contribution TwinSpace was the heart of the project. It hosted instructions, products, Forums, reflections, voting activities and evidence of the learning process. Communication was maintained through TwinMail, meaningful teacher meetings, inspiring teacher – student meetings and regular Forum exchanges.
The project was built on shared responsibility. A detailed monthly taskdistribution plan ensured that every partner had a meaningful organisational, pedagogical or technical role. Before the main activities were selected, teachers proposed ideas through Tricider and voted for those considered most relevant to the pupils’ needs. This process created a sense of shared ownership from the beginning.
Pupils worked individually, in national groups and in five mixed-country teams. Each international team had its own collaborative area and produced a different outcome: the Global Career Museum, the Job Interview Survival Guide, the Job Quest game, the Career Escape Room or the Career Mythbusters video series.
The products could not have been completed by one class working alone. Pupils from different countries contributed research, questions, puzzles, scripts, statistics, illustrations, recordings and reflections. Their separate contributions were reviewed, improved and assembled into common products. Collaboration therefore went beyond uploading parallel work: pupils became true co-authors whose contributions depended on one another.
