Pedagogical Integration and Methodological Value of WEB2GETHER Project by Cristina Nicolăiță

The WEB2GETHER project is an international educational initiative funded by the European Union under the Erasmus + and eTwinning frameworks. The initiative brings together three partner institutions: Szkoła Podstawowa Stefan Wyszyński in Leżajsk( Poland), Cebesoy İlkokulu in Adana( Turkey), and Şcoala Gimnazială " Gheorghe Magheru " in Caracal( Romania).
Theoretical Framework and Pedagogical Objectives The WEB2GETHER project operates at the intersection of internationalization, digital pedagogy, and collaborative learning. Designed to enhance institutional capacity and refine instructional practices, the project embeds Web 2.0 and emerging digital technologies directly into classroom methodology.
By framing technology not merely as a presentation tool but as a catalyst for active student participation, the project aligns with socio-constructivist learning theories. Students construct knowledge through cross-cultural collaboration, research-based tasks, and hands-on digital creation rather than passive information reception.
Key Pedagogical Pillars and Activity Phases The structural implementation of WEB2GETHER relies on three interconnected pillars: targeted mobility sessions for professional development, structured monthly digital activities, and collaborative resource creation.
Professional Development and Methodological Exchange Through structured mobilities across Turkey, Romania, and Poland, participating educators engage in job shadowing, peer observation, and practical workshops. During the initial mobility in Adana, teachers explored learner-centered software such as Matific, Tarsia, Toy Theatre, and Kahoot! to promote differentiated instruction, formative assessment, and gamified
