prepared presentations, and co-created a common story. In Mathematics, they collected data, conducted surveys, measured plant growth, and interpreted results. English lessons focused on learning vocabulary related to food, plants, nature, and healthy lifestyles during international interactions. Visual Arts and Practical Activities enabled students to design posters and document experiences, while Personal Development explored responsible consumption, sustainability, teamwork, and respect for cultural diversity.
Collaboration and Technology Use The project was planned collaboratively by all partner teachers through online meetings, TwinSpace discussions, and shared documents to design activities, timelines, and digital tools. Pupils collaborated through presentations, surveys, digital storytelling, gardening activities, and virtual exchanges. The children introduced their local food traditions, compared eating habits, shared observations about plant growth, created an e-book, and participated in common challenges within international teams. Class II A " FantasticA " actively contributed to the collaborative products by documenting experiments, preparing presentations, sharing media, and participating in online meetings.
Technology supported communication, collaboration, and creativity throughout the project, with TwinSpace serving as the main platform for sharing and documentation. Pupils utilized various digital tools such as Canva, Padlet, Genially, Google Forms, Wordwall, and
LearningApps to create content. Furthermore, artificial intelligence tools were integrated under teacher supervision to help students understand their utility for learning while focusing on ethics and the crucial human role in checking products. Special attention was dedicated to eSafety, digital citizenship, data protection, and copyright awareness, ensuring safe online behaviour and respecting parental consent procedures.
Project Results and Documentation The project successfully achieved its objectives and had a significant impact on both pupils and teachers. The most successful outcomes were the increased environmental awareness of pupils, improved understanding of healthy nutrition, stronger collaboration skills,
