Christina Valavani is a German language teacher working in primary schools in Chalkidiki, Greece. She was born and raised in Germany, in Dortmund and Munich, she studied German Language and Literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and continued her studies at Ludwig Maximilian University( LMU) Munich.
Other digital tools helped us stay connected throughout the project. Canva was used to create posters, while Padlet became a shared space where schools uploaded their work and left comments for one another. During our Zoom meetings, pupils greeted their partners in German, asked questions and learned about school life in different countries. The eTwinning platform brought everything together, making it easy to organize activities and share the pupils ' work in a safe online environment.
By the end of the project, using AI no longer felt unusual. The children saw it as another classroom tool helpful for exploring ideas and presenting their work, but never a substitute for their own thinking. They will remember the
