design learning environments where children can explore, question, create and collaborate. In this project, my role as cofounder involved much more than coordinating activities. I participated in designing the pedagogical structure, developing collaborative learning scenarios, creating digital educational resources and ensuring that every activity reflected our shared educational vision. project into a genuine European learning community.
One of my major contributions was coordinating collaborative mathematical activities and developing digital resources that supported authentic learning. I also contributed to creating the collaborative StoryJumper digital book, designing activities focused on symmetry, supporting the development of TwinSpace pages and promoting the project ' s outcomes through educational dissemination activities.
However, the greatest achievement was not any individual contribution but the collaborative culture that emerged throughout the project. Every teacher brought unique expertise, every school contributed original ideas, and every pupil became an active creator of knowledge. This spirit of collaboration transformed the
Looking towards the future The educational challenges facing today ' s schools require approaches that prepare children not only for examinations but also for life in an increasingly interconnected society.
Projects such as Living Math Explorers demonstrate that mathematics can become a powerful instrument for developing creativity, collaboration, resilience and problem-solving abilities. When learning is connected with authentic experiences, pupils no longer ask whether mathematics is useful; they naturally discover its relevance through everyday exploration.
The project also confirms that international cooperation enriches education in ways that traditional classroom instruction alone cannot achieve. Working alongside pupils and teachers from different European countries helps children develop intercultural competence, openmindedness and a deeper understanding of shared European values.
