Visibility of eTwinning Projects Group July 2026 Newsletter competences, and strengthen their communication and collaboration skills. More importantly, the project built lasting bridges of friendship between children, teachers, and families from different European countries.
We sincerely thank all project partners, educators, children, and families for their enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment, which made this initiative such a meaningful and memorable experience.
We extend our special appreciation to the project ' s co-founder, Ionela Camelia Lazea from Grădinița cu Program Prelungit Nr. 3 Bistrița( Romania), whose dedication, professionalism, and collaborative spirit played a key role in the project ' s success.
Sonata Jonauskienė is an Expert Physical Education Teacher with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She works at Kaunas Kindergarten Pelėdžiukas and Kauno Waldorf Kindergarten " Šaltinėlis ", Lithuania. She is an active eTwinning project founder and a three-time winner of the“ Best eTwinning Project in Lithuania” award( 2022 – two awarded projects, 2025 – one awarded project). She is also one of Lithuania ' s ten EU Code Week Leading Teachers. She is passionate about integrating STEAM, coding, movement education, and international collaboration into early childhood education projects.
We believe that the partnerships established through this initiative will inspire new international collaborations, encourage the exchange of good educational practices, and continue enriching children ' s learning experiences across Europe.
Projects such as European Easter Adventures demonstrate the true value of eTwinning by connecting schools, promoting intercultural dialogue, encouraging innovation, and creating meaningful learning experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.
We hope that this project will inspire more educators to build international partnerships, embrace collaborative learning, and create educational experiences that connect children across Europe through creativity, friendship, and shared values.
