What memory do you take away from this season?
Playing at the Super Senior Stroke Play Championship at Piedmont CC. The course was great, the field has grown, beautiful weather and the participants are strong and fun to play with.
What are your golf goals for 2026? To play in the VSGA Super Senior championships, win state team with the Mount Vernon CC team, qualify for the USGA Senior Amateur, compete in one European senior women’ s event, attend more regional association championships, and to spend more time as a volunteer for First Tee, to give back to the game which has meant so much to me.
Who is the golfer you admire the most?
Grace Anne Braxton [ Virginia Golf Hall of Fame Class of 2022 ]. I watched her play in the 2024 U. S. Adaptive Open— she was fantastic. After the tournament, I saw her searching for the new division winner. She didn’ t stop until she found her and gave her a big hug. Grace Anne had won the year before, and that moment showed me the joy of the game— win or lose.

What memory do you take away from this season?
My best memories were how much fun it was to be in the heat of things again.
What are your golf goals for 2026? To win a state title again.
What is your favorite course in Virginia? Hands down Boonsboro CC. It’ s my favorite course and tournament [ Fox Puss Invitational ]. They make you feel welcome. They are really glad you are playing in their tournament. The course is difficult but fair. It rewards good play but bites you in the butt when you are off.
Who is the golfer you admire the most? Ben Crenshaw. I first met Ben when I was 14 and he was 17. He and my dad were paired in a tournament, and before they teed off, we were both putting on the practice green. Ben walked over and offered me a quick tip: hold your finish longer. It stuck with me, and I’ ve been a fan ever since.
