Women to Watch
I
n retrospect, we probably should have seen Jin Young Ko
coming. Even before making her full-time LPGA Tour debut
in 2018, the 24-year-old South Korean was awash in success,
having won 10 times on the LPGA of Korea Tour. She won once in
2018 on the LPGA Tour, a precursor to her stunning 2019 run that
included four victories—two in majors—and the Race to the CME
Globe points title. She finished no worse than T16 in any of the five
LPGA majors in 2019. She’ll certainly be one to watch in 2020 as
she looks for an encore.
