Attend a Getting Started Session

These sessions are for prospective students who are interested in getting started in a technical diploma or associate degree program. Information about the admissions process, pre-program requirements, program requirements and financial aid will be discussed. Admission Specialists are ready to help you apply when you attend! For dates and questions about a Getting Started Session contact NWTC’ s Call Center at( 920) 498-5444, and ask to speak with an Admissions Specialist.

Most programs only require students to achieve mandatory program and course placement test scores or achieve a desired program specific GPA for acceptance; however, some programs require courses to be completed too. For more guidance on program requirements please log into your my. nwtc account and view your“ Application Checklist Status” under the Admissions Tab.
Apply to a program or certificate

You may apply online at www. nwtc. edu by scrolling to the bottom of the page to where you will find the my. NWTC link. New students will be required to create a new account to apply. Existing students can log in and click“ Apply to Program or Certificate” button under their Student Center. Start applying a year in advance:
• Monday after Labor Day for upcoming fall semester.
• January 1st for next year’ s spring semester; June 1st for summer semester
• A one-time nonrefundable $ 30 application fee is required from all first time program applicants
• A one-time nonrefundable $ 10 application fee is required from all first time certificate applicants
• A $ 10 application processing fee will be required for all paper applications.
Need application assistance? Visit any Campus or Regional Learning Center and a staff member will help you apply! You may also need to bring a credit card or check if this is your first time applying. Application fee waivers may be available for those who meet income requirements.
