Weston Antiques Show
The annual Weston Antiques Show will be hosted at the Weston Playhouse in the last weekend of September ( September 29 – September 30 ). As one of the oldest antique shows in the country , the Weston Antiques Show is regarded as one of America ’ s premier small antique shows , and is widely-praised for the quality of its dealers and its phenomenal offerings . A variety of American , English , and county-style antiques that range from furniture and accessories to fine art and beyond will be offered , and thousands of visitors are expected to come to Weston to attend . The Weston Antiques Show is organized and produced by a staff of community-based volunteers , and proceeds will be used to maintain Weston ’ s historic museums and community buildings .
Weston Village Christmas Shop
The magic of Christmas is celebrated year-round at the Weston Village Christmas Shop ! Visitors who come to this merry specialty store will find dozens of lighted trees decorated with unique ornaments that fit any theme , such as sports , animal , and patriotic-themed ornaments , German Nutcrackers and gold-dipped Vermont maple leaves . Additional products include themed tabletop décor pieces , Byers Choice and Jim Shore figurines , Fontanini products , Possible Dreams Santas , night lights , and many others . A special corner in the store is dedicated to Halloween and Thanksgiving Decorations , and the shop shines brightly with the spirit of the season during Weston ’ s annual “ Christmas in Weston ” event . Visitors can enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides , caroling , visits with Santa , and children ’ s activities .
