1987
Michelle Swanenburg recently joined the President ’ s Advisory Council at SU . She is the Head of Human Resources and a Vice President at T . Rowe Price Group , Inc . She is a member of the firm ’ s Management Committee and serves on the Risk and Operational Steering Committee and the Management Compensation Committee , and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Operating Council . Prior to rejoining T . Rowe Price , Michelle served as the head of human resources at Oaktree Capital Management .
1996
Charles “ Charlie ” Alexander RN , MSN , MBA , CPTC was recently appointed to the board of directors of University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health ( UM UCH ), its hospitals and to the Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation . He has also been appointed to serve as the vice chair of UM UCH ’ s Quality of Care Committee , where he has served as a community member since last October . Charlie has been President and CEO of The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland since 2004 .

Christine Betz Janofsky was named Chief Financial Officer for eHealth , an online insurance broker . Previously she was a Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Lincoln Financial Group . She holds the certified public accountant professional designation .
2002
Christina “ Chrissy ” Struhar Bowman , principal with Clifton Larson Allen LLP , has joined the Stevenson University President ’ s Advisory Council . A licensed CPA in the State of Maryland , Chrissy has specialized in providing professional assurance services to institutions of higher education , including two-year community colleges , four-year public and private colleges and universities , and public university systems . She currently resides in Perry Hall , Md . with her husband and three children .
2003
Leigh Symmonds Chapman has joined Carroll Hospital as Associate Chief Nursing Officer . She is responsible for providing leadership for the operation of nursing services . Previously she was Director of Surgical Nursing , Rehabilitation and Vascular Access at the University of Maryland St . Joseph Medical Center .
Jennifer Smith Johnson started her own business in Jan . 2021 and works to help families become properly protected through life insurance as well as taking steps to build a strong financial foundation .

Tracy Barnett is the Director of Business Development , Marketing , and Admissions at Stella Maris in Timonium , Md .
2005
Shervonne Cherry was named by the Baltimore Business Journal in their 2020 list of “ 40 Under 40 ” which honors Baltimorearea young professionals who are making a difference in their workplaces and communities . Shervonne is the Director of Community and Partnerships for Spark Baltimore Coworking Space .
Dianna Lindeman Shine and her husband , Michael , welcomed their second child , Oliver Hunter , on Nov . 25 , 2020 .
2006
Robert Ashlock recently celebrated 30 years of employment with the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge P . C . in the firm ’ s downtown Baltimore office . He is the firm ’ s Court Liaison , providing litigation support services in several areas of law , including commercial litigation and family law .
2008
Lauren Humphries and Benjamin Bromley-Coolidge were married on July 31 in Oakland , Ca .
Congratulations to the following alumni who were inducted into the Dick Watts Athletics Hall of Fame on Oct . 23 for 2020 : Tanisha Foster ’ 08 for women ’ s basketball ; J . R . Jackson ’ 09 for men ’ s volleyball ; Matt Lukehart ’ 10 for men ’ s golf ; Lauren Zegowitz Howard ’ 10 for women ’ s lacrosse ; Allison Humphries Cuneo ’ 11 for women ’ s soccer ; and Steve Kazimer ’ 11 for men ’ s lacrosse . Current men ’ s and women ’ s golf Head Coach Chris Ramer was inducted as a contributor , and the 2010 women ’ s lacrosse team was recognized as a Team of Tradition .
2009
On June 10 , 2021 , Jen Milam married Dave Snyder at the Anchor Inn in Pasadena , Md . The couple met while they were both working at Stevenson and then reconnected in 2019 . After four years at Carroll Community College , Jen was promoted to Senior Director of Student Engagement and will continue to oversee student life and athletics with the new addition of career development .

Stephanie Sufczynski Barsotti and her husband , Steven , welcomed a daughter , Mikayla Grace , on June 21 , 2021 .
Stephanie Wheeler Baseman is a senior product designer at Facebook .
Katie Peterson Welsh moved to Florida where she works as the Associate Director of Campus Visit Experience at Lynn University in Boca Raton .
2011
Allison Humphries Cuneo and husband , D . J . welcomed their second child , James Stewart , on Nov . 1 . He joins big sister Clare , who turned three years old on Nov . 24 .
