MORE THAN $ 950,000 IN GIFTS SUPPORT FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

Stevenson received generous gifts from the Rollins-Luetkemeyer Foundation, the Kahlert Foundation, the estate of Trustee Ted Herget, Robert and Lara Biagiotti, and Dr. Judith Feustle to support existing scholarships or endow new scholarships for our students.
ROLLINS-LUETKEMEYER FOUNDATION
For the fourth consecutive year, The Rollins-Luetkemeyer
Foundation provided matching scholarship funding to Stevenson through the Rollins- Luetkemeyer Scholars Program for Middle-Income Students. This year, our community raised $ 258,000, an amount the Foundation generously matched. The total of $ 516,000 provided 50 scholarships to Fall 2025 incoming students. Since the scholarship’ s inception in 2023, Stevenson has received $ 782,252 in matching funds from the Rollins- Luetkemeyer Foundation to award more than 120 four-year scholarships.
THE KAHLERT FOUNDATION
The Kahlert Foundation made a $ 500,000 gift to endow the new Kahlert Foundation STEM Scholarship Fund. The fund will provide scholarships to Stevenson students studying science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
CHARLES E. " TED " HERGET JR.
The estate of the late Board of Trustees Chair Charles E.“ Ted” Herget, Jr. provided a $ 100,000 gift to support the Herget Endowed Nursing Scholarship awarded to students enrolled in the Nursing program, with preference given to candidates expressing a desire to serve as a nurse for at least two years in a hospital in the state of Maryland after graduation.
DR. JUDITH A. FEUSTLE, ScD, RN
Dr. Judith A. Feustle, ScD, RN, former Associate Dean and Chief Nurse Administrator of the Sandra R. Berman School of Nursing and Health Professions, designated a $ 50,000 gift in support of the Judith A. Feustle, ScD, RN Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to first-year, traditional fulltime undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing who demonstrate financial need, as well as third and fourth-year nursing students with a 3.3 GPA or higher, who encounter a financial hardship.
LARA AND ROBERT BIAGIOTTI
Lara and Robert Biagiotti provided a $ 50,000 gift to create the Lara and Robert Biagiotti Endowed Scholarship for Medical Laboratory Science. The scholarship will provide aid to full-time students in Stevenson’ s Medical Laboratory Science program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
