FEELM , part of global vaping leaders SMOORE , has launched the world ’ s thinnest ceramic coil vape pod solution , which features seven breakthroughs and three major new innovations .
More than 500 expert scientists worked for over 2,500 days to produce FEELM Air , which is powered by an ultra-slim microporous bionic film ceramic coil .
This tiny new 3.5mm powerhouse is 30 percent thinner than the last generation ceramic coil and features the world ’ s first sevenlayer composite heating film .
Each individual layer has its own separate function and they all work together to ensure even heat distribution to achieve accurate temperature control and flavour release .
In fact , FEELM say the average flavour release in this new flagship coil has been improved by 33 percent thanks to its exclusive patented Flavor-LockTM technology .
The microporous Flavor-Lock Layer produces aerosols in smaller particle size for enhanced taste , while terraced temperature zones and multi-layered atomization of the ceramic coil allow tailored flavor release in different temperature zones .
The new film , made from medical-grade bionic materials , is just two micrometres thick and boasts the world ’ s highest energy efficiency of 1.3mg / W .
This is achieved by the combined effects of three layers of composite materials . The Temperature Control Layer allows the heating film to form a proper terraced temperature zone . The Nano Silver Electro Layer can reduce invalid energy consumption , while the Porous Thermal Resistance Layer can effectively reduce heat loss .
Speaking at the online device launch event to a global audience , FEELM President Frank Han said : “ FEELM Air is the outcome of cross-disciplinary research , and a revolution to ceramic coil .
“ It replaces the single-layer film with a seven-layer biotic ultra-slim film . The thickness of the film is reduced from 80 micrometers to two micrometers , which is 40 times thinner than the last generation .”

The motor offers a unique “ Shock-wave Mode ”, bringing users delicate vibrations and an interactive vaping experience , so they can feel the resonance in every puff .
The huge focus on power efficiency means vapers will never be left waiting for the device to charge .
Power management system “ TOPOWER™ ” allows a quick 10-minute charge for eight hours of vaping . Compared to the last generation coil , energy density is increased by 20 percent while battery life is increased by 30 percent .
FEELM Air also has an integrated MEMS ( Micro-electro Mechanical Systems ), which functions as a reliable airflow switch , to improve the sensitivity of the device while preventing mis-activation .
Already one in three vape pod cartridges in the world features FEELM ’ s ceramic coil and this breakthrough coil is poised to take the company to new heights .
Vape devices powered by FEELM atomizers have been exported to 50 countries with sales exceeding three billion pieces .

“ The Temperature Control Layer with thermal conductivity can reduce the emission of aldehydes and ketones by 80.7 percent .” FEELM Air also features second generation “ Puzzle leakageproof ” technology , with a superabsorbent lock layer to effectively prevent e-liquid splashing , an upgraded capillary structure and an innovative choke valve to prevent condensation . All these combine to reduce leakage by 237 percent .
