THERE WAS A LOT MORE THAN JUST CBD E-LIQUID
ON OFFER AT THE VAPER EXPO – THE RETURN

CBD can now be considered as much of a Vaper Expo staple as
hardware, coil-building and the Vapouround bus. Whether there
was more of it this time around or back in May was a subject of
debate among exhibitors on B2B day.
One thing is for sure: CBD e-liquids did not dominate to the extent
that they once did, proving that vape companies and the CBD
industry itself are expanding into exciting new territory.
Visitors got their first glimpse of this before they’d even stepped
foot into the exhibition hall, as the CBD Ultra team set up at
the trusty Vapouround bus. From gels and balms to teas and
tinctures, their range showed the breadth of opportunity CBD and
hemp have to offer.
Among familiar names like Eco CBD, Aztec and Vapouround
award runners-up, Peng, were some European and US
newcomers looking to capitalise on the weekend’s footfall.
Daniel Kaske is founder and director of German manufacturer,
Breathe Organics. The company has only recently ventured into
the UK, but Daniel believes that they have the products and
professional approach to production that will set them apart from
much of the competition.

“We exclusively use pharmaceutical and food-grade ingredients,
with natural cannabis-derived terpenes to create the flavours and
aromas. There are no artificial flavours in any of our products and
our liquids are made under the strictest controls to ensure quality.”
Another liquid to utilise cannabis terpenes was the Cali Greens
range, except, in their case, the liquids were CBD-free. A great
idea for those wanting to experiment with natural cannabis
flavourings without having to pay the hefty CBD premium.
Jack of Live Well CBD spoke passionately about CBD and was
keen to educate me on the different ways to consume it. While
e-liquids were among the products on display, he recommended
tinctures as the most effective route of administration.
“We exclusively sell full-spectrum CBD products at a low price.
While a lot of people gravitate towards vapes, we find that tinctures
actually work much better. The high temperatures vapers use can
destroy CBD. But we do have a device that was designed for CBD
and that won’t degrade it or destroy coils like a lot of regular vape
devices do.”
