Immigration is the movement of non-native people into a country in order to settle in that country or city. 2017 has been the beginning of the U.S. president's Trump first term, and is the time that the hispanic people's hate of Trump's choices has been brewing at an all time high. Many immigrant people do not like how the country's changes about immigrant people where American people believe there should be an end to immigration into the U.S.. America has had many new changes in terms of executive orders regarding immigration made by the new president, Donald Tump. Lation people decided to begin some form of protest to show how important they are in the country.
February 16, 2017, immigrants decided to send a message to the president showing him how the country would look without them. Immigrants decide; not go to work, do't sent their children to school, don't buy gasoline or other things, and don't go out of their houses. The message was clear and was done by many of the hispanic people.
