Helios Technologies introduces new cartridge valve
Helios Technologies has released the FPJP cartridge valve through its operating company , Sun Hydraulics . The valve is designed for proportional control at high flow rates . The FPJP delivers a flow rate of 114 gpm ( 431 L / min ) and operates at a maximum pressure of 5000 psi ( 350 bar ). It uses Sun ’ s floating style construction , which aims to reduce the risk of internal parts binding due to installation torque or machining inconsistencies . Helios suggests the valve , when combined with the XMD Series valve driver , is suitable for various on- and off-highway equipment applications , including agriculture , construction , forestry , marine and material handling .
