KOIL Energy Lands Subsea Control Equipment Contract
KOIL Energy Solutions, Inc.— an energy services company offering subsea equipment— has been awarded a significant contract, which includes control equipment for a subsea isolation valve system. According to the company, the contract further supports the company’ s goals in creating integrated solutions and its role in enhancing safety in the offshore facility.
The contract encompasses the engineering, procurement, and manufacturing of KOIL’ s technical solution for Subsea Safety Control Systems. The purpose of the system is to protect the offshore platform and its personnel from the unintended release of hydrocarbons from subsea wells.
KOIL Energy will also perform engineering and procurement activities throughout 2025 followed by manufacturing at its production facility in Houston, Texas, during the first half of 2026. A services contract for the installation and testing will be awarded at a later date.

Ohio Valve Company( OVC) held a grand opening for its Valve World Headquarters, a 265,000-square-foot facility in Houston, Texas. The location serves as a global center for innovation, operational excellence, and industry leadership in valve manufacturing.
A modern facility built to support OVC’ s long-term vision for growth and customer service, it will allow the company to better serve its customers " with greater availability, faster response, and trusted quality.”
According to OVC, it will house an extensive range of carbon, stainless steel, and nickel alloy valves. Expanding inventory capacity will ensure faster delivery times, broader product selection, and exceptional service for customers worldwide.
