Harold Beck & Sons Advances Valve Control Technology
Harold Beck & Sons Inc.’ s Beck 88-109 Multi-Turn Actuator delivers maintenance-free control for rising / non-rising stem gate valves, large butterfly valves, and multi-turn applications to serve various industries. These include water and wastewater treatment facilities, power generation plants, chemical and process plants, oil & gas transmission, and refining.
According to the company, the actuator can perform in the harshest industrial conditions, offering rugged construction, advanced control, and user-friendly features. Additional advantages include a heavy-duty gear train that ensures performance in continuous-duty modulating service, a no-burnout motor, and a reliable Wi-Fi configuration.
HydraForce’ s HTS38-34 Valve is Now in Full Production
HydraForce has announced that its HTS38-34 pressure control valve is in full production for OEMs in the agricultural and forestry industries.
The proportional valve can manage high-pressure capabilities and provide fast response times in industry-standard cavities. Some key benefits include its maximum inlet pressure of 350 bar( 5,000 psi) and control pressure up to 152 bar( 2200 psi). The unit also has a flow capacity of stable control from 0 to 19 lpm( 5 gpm) with a maximum internal leakage of 95 ml / min( 5.8 in ³/ min).
Its design provides rapid response and reliability, making it ideal for braking, clutching, and pilot control functions in agricultural equipment. A planned revision in 2026 will allow the HTS38-34 to be a drop-in replacement within-08 sizes and 3-way cavities, simplifying integration.
GEMÜ D41 Introduces Next Gen Diaphragm Valve
The GEMÜ D41 diaphragm valve features the company’ s new Easy- Lock technology that enables quick maintenance, easier handling, and diaphragm compression for the aseptic manufacturing sector.
The pneumatically operated valve’ s sealing concept is based on a newly developed diaphragm, which hermetically separates the actuator from the working medium.
The actuator is fixed to the body with a bayonet fitting and centrally tensioned by a gearbox using an outer hexagon. As a result, actuator mounting, disassembly, commissioning, and diaphragm replacement are made easier and quicker.
The body design also saves weight and ensures high and homogeneous flow characteristics, enabling it to achieve up to 100 % higher Kv values.
Danfoss Rounds Out Line of AxisPro Proportional Valves
Danfoss Power Solutions’ next-generation Level 1 AxisPro ® valve rounds out the line of Vickers by Danfoss servo performance software-configurable proportional valves.
With a new digital amplifier and support for network protocols, the valve offers advanced performance, control, and seamless connectivity. Complementing the valve’ s launch is Pro-FX™ Configure v2, which is a redesigned software configuration platform with an intuitive interface, streamlined setup, and real-time tuning for faster and easier installations.
Next-generation AxisPro valves offer an upgrade to the Vickers by Danfoss KBSDG proportional valve lineup, providing end users with a faster and fully connected motion control solution. Designed for seamless integration with a wide range of applications, the digital amplifier supports widely used network protocols such as Profinet ®, Ether- CAT ®, Ethernet / IP, and CANopen.
