Don’t miss Valley View High School’s four theatre productions this fall: Boeing Boeing and Tracks. Boeing Boeing is the first play of the year, and it will be shown on October 11th, 2018. In Boeing Boeing, “American journalist Bernard Lawrence has his hands full in the romance department: he has three girlfriends, all stewardesses. Ingeniously, he's arranged it so that their layovers don't overlap, keeping each woman unaware of the others. But Bernard's foolproof scheme comes crashing down when new, fast jets are introduced. With the girls set to arrive at his Paris apartment all at once, matters are made worse by a surprise houseguest with a scheme of his own.” The cast is as follows:
Bernard - Phillip Powell
Robert - William Bressler
Gloria - Lilly Rogers
Gabriella - Hannah Rogers
Gretchen - Rebecca Burks
Berthe - Sarah Whelan
Tracks is a one-act play that Valley View’s Thespian Troupe is competing with, and it is directed by Valley View senior Phillip Powell. In Tracks, “a group of strangers meets in a dirty subway station. Soon they learn there is no way out of the station, and the unfortunate truth is told to them: they are all dead. Since subway stations have two sides, the reason the train leaving from one platform must be bound for heaven, while the train leaving from the other platform must be bound for hell. But which platform are they on? They reflect upon their lives, recalling and confessing past deeds of which they are not proud, hoping to figure out which platform is which. As the subway train finally approaches, they must decide whether to stay and ponder their actions further or to have faith and climb aboard to their final destination.” The cast is as follows:

Old Man - William Bressler
Professor - Kile Harvey
Nun - Rebecca Burks
