Another factor Jones , Martin and Swan considered while choosing the special winter drinks were which beers fit better within the season .
“ Certain beers pair better with certain temperatures so darker and heavier beers are better for cold weather and lighter more fruity beers are better for hot weather ,” Jones explained .
