Phase 1: The Phase 1 Board of Directors will be reviewing proposals from designers in January of
2020 to replace the hard furniture (end tables, coffee table and media table) in the living room along
with the lamps in the living room and the master bedroom.
The Association will also start replacing the railing posts on the balconies. Our current work plan is to
replace the 6th and 5th floor balcony posts in the 1st quarter of 2020.
Phase 2: The TVs in the Studio units are being upgraded in 2020. The Studio units will soon have
48” TV’s and the TV’s will be relocated above the fireplaces. The project is being completed by our
Engineering staff and is scheduled to be completed prior to the summer season.
The Phase 2 Board of Directors will be reviewing proposals from designers in January of 2020 to

lamps in the living room and the master bedroom. The side chair in the living room is also scheduled
to be replaced as well.
Master Association: The Master Association is currently in the middle of replacing the walkway
railing posts on the elevated walkways from the Tower Elevators over to the 09 units on all floors. This
project should be completed during the 1st quarter of 2020.
Town Village: The Town Village Board of Directors is in the final stages of completing the plans for
the exterior upgrade of the Unit building. The plans call for a new roofline and a Porte Cochere to
define the entrance to the building along with trim and lighting to enhance the overall look and design
of the resort. Construction is planned for the early part of 2020.
