News from your HOA:
Throughout all resort areas, this past quarter, RFID locks were installed on pool gates.
Ocean Sands:
• New housekeeping/pool service providers were contracted.
• New unit entry doors, flooring and kitchen lighting have been installed.
• Door and A/C installed in Laundry Room
• Pavers complete on all unit balconies
Sea Villas:
• Pavers were completed on south building
• Drop down ceiling and lighting in kitchens in progress with over 50% completed
• New washing machines installed in laundry area
Sea Villas 4:
• Walkway leading to pool area has been redone
• Drop down ceiling in kitchen is being removed in all units, with the ceiling fan relocated
• New art work has been added in unit guest bedrooms.
• New bed scarves have been added in both master and guest bedrooms
• Sliders have had rollers and hardware replaced.
• New housekeeping/pool service providers were contracted.
