The installation of LVT vinyl in the living rooms of 10 units has been completed - five units in 2016 and 5 units in 2017.
The remaining 11 units will be completed in 2018 & 2019. Additional updates include the kitchens and bathrooms in which
five units were completed in 2016 and an additional five units were started in the first quarter of 2017. The remaining units
are scheduled to be completed in 2018 & 2019. The upgrade includes a walk-in shower (ground floor only), new vanities and
sinks along with hardware upgrades.
The kitchen upgrade includes new counter tops, appliances and fresh paint.
