While the resort escaped major damage from the early December 2016 wildfires, the resort grounds did sustain some damage. Resort teams are working with our insurance provider to complete these minor repairs.
After a very brief resort closure in early December during which deep cleaning of the resort interiors and cleanup of the surrounding resort landscape was conducted, the resort re-opened and has been fully operational since late December.
The Board of Directors invites owners to consider a return visit to Gatlinburg Town Square soon. The area has rebounded from the December wildfires and while the landscape has changed, the spirit of the community is stronger than ever and the art of hospitality for which Gatlinburg is world famous can be experienced fully.
