ACHIEVABLE STEPS Owners/Exchangers Can Take
Interval International exchangers receive a comment card with their confirmation. RCI members receive an emailed comment
card on the Monday after returning home from an exchange. Typically, a resort must receive a minimum of 15 comment cards
each month to get reliable ratings. Therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT for owners to fill out the comment card after your stay,
especially if you are happy! Every resort you exchange to (including your home resort) benefits from the feedback. It only takes
a minute or two to give the resort and the exchange company your feelings about your stay. Please participate in these surveys.
