Renovations of Phase 1 of the Deluxe 2 bedroom units continues. This includes the master and guest bath rooms.
The removal of the PTAC units in the Premium Unit guest bedrooms (which are then tied into the main AC system) continues;
21 of the 27 units have been completed.
In Phase 2: the roof of the Creekside building damaged last November in the wildfires is close to being started for repair.
The new gas line to the Creekside building has been installed and the fire places are now operational.
As for the Master Association, indoor pool renovations are underway. These renovations include the installation of a
dehumidification unit, installation of new entrance door, restroom doors, glass windows, sheet rock and painting.
The construction work to install walls to shore up the hill behind the Creekside building damaged during the wildfires by
Leconte Creek is underway.
The silk floral arrangements -lost in all units due to smoke intrusion- are in the process of being replaced with metal art.

The renovations of the kitchen and bathrooms continues, marking a half way point with completion expected at year end.
The installation of the LVT flooring in the living rooms continues following the completion of 10 units. 5 units are scheduled
for 2018 and the remaining 6 units are scheduled for completion in 2019.
