On 9 January, Ballantine Books in the US and Virago in the UK
released the 20th Anniversary Edition of the book that started
it all. The V20 edition features a new introduction by Eve and
the Spotlight monologues written by Eve for V-Day activists, many
previously unavailable in book form. In addition, it includes a foreword
by author Jacqueline Woodson, an afterward by Monique Wilson
and a chapter on V-Day’s work by V-Day Executive Director Susan
Celia Swan and V-Day Senior Programs Director Purva Panday Cullman.
