"When I first stepped through the doors into my college career I was an exercise science major, since I grew up playing sports I wanted to somehow include that into my future career. One thing lead to another and I realized that it wasn't the path for me. I thought about what else do I like to do, and I thought I love people, and I love making relationships with people so I did some research and stumbled upon PR.
"After taking a few classes I really wanted to get myself involved and not just breeze through the program, I heard about PRSSA and decided to join. Little did I know that a few months later I would decide to run for the Executive Board for UVU's chapter and be elected as the VP of Advocacy. Since then I have had the opportunity to create so many cherished relationships with some amazing individuals including students, professors, and PR professionals."
