JetBlue is known for their top-notch social customer support. Behind the feeds are teams of social media professionals. On October 12, Social Media Support Supervisor Brent Devey will present on how to jet set students’ social media.

Devey has worked in several roles with JetBlue Airways over the past five years. In his current position, Devey manages teams of 25+ crewmembers devoted to responding to customer inquiries on Facebook and Twitter. The company-wide goal for social support is to respond within ten minutes of any customer post. In addition to his work with the support teams, Devey works closely with the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams.

With Devey’s position and experience, the presentation on October 12 will describe the day-to-day processes behind JetBlue’s social success. Additionally, Devey will provide invaluable advice to help students find personal success across social media streams. Along with his presentation, there will be several travel-themed giveaways leading up and at the event.
