Useful informations for new models english version | Page 3

SAFETY -Check out modelling reviews: Google the name of your photographer and look for reviews. If you can’t find anything via Google, try going on his photographer’s profile and get the information of models he’s shot with. ( they should be linked in the description) Try going on their Facebook’s profile and asking them to review their experience with the photographer. ( ask at least 2 different models) Another great way of finding a review of your photographer is to check out Models safety groups on Facebook. There should be one for your region (or the photographer’s region). You should ask around in these groups about the photographer you are about to shoot with. ( sometimes theses groups will have pre-written reviews) The last way to use reviews for your safety is to check out a model’s profile for photographers she’s worked with more that 3 times. Try contacting the model about that photographer and if the review is good, try to set a photo shoot with that photographer (he might not agree to shoot, especially on a TF basis, set a budget for the shoot). If you can’t find ANY information about models the photographer has worked with, that should be a RED FLAG!
