“ This home presented many challenges from a construction perspective . Notably due to the topography and size of the block and the substantial build that it had to fit in . Building boundary to boundary , we had to negotiate with the owner of the adjacent site to use their land during construction .
The attention to detail was high to execute the design intent to the millimetre . Several custom aesthetic features such as cabinets in the master ensuite , flush mounted ceiling heaters encased in the concrete slab , and custom shelf lintels , were only achievable with great communication between the design and construction teams while having quality trades to execute the vision .”
