Tim met Steve in a “ previous life ” when he was working at Broad Construction . They developed a working relationship over a series of commercial projects and later Tim assisted Steve with the landscapes of two of his own homes . They developed a strong relationship and Tim found Steve to be somebody whose passion for design and building matched his passion for landscape .
