Substitute where which lot you hold the event so that there could be a variety.
Make it a place where different age groups could hang out, so adults in one area and teens in another
You can change where you hold an event in case of bad weather like flood.
You could make smaller more separate events to cover a variety of interest so that there does have to be just one general
You could use some of the lots for school wide art attractions, such as the art that the school did on the walls of the shop
You could eliminate some of the event content in case it isn’t appropriate for some kids, such as nudity blood and gore
You could mix up where and what is shown in what sections, like if you wanted to see an exhibition of art you would go to one part, and music in another part and so on
