90’s Feels All Summer17
All Eyez on Me-
With it being a little over 20 years lat-
er since rapper & poet Tupac Shakur
released his album All Eyez on Me.
Not just any album, it was created
with A-list producers, poetic lyrics
and eerily 7 months before his mur-
der. The album itself was historic.
Tupac known for pushing the limits
was not your typical rapper but a lyri-
cist who captured the early 90’s from
all aspects down to politics. Being
raised by a former Black Panther the
upcoming biopic shows us his roots
at an early age. This biopic comes at
a perfect time where our generation
has awoken to see the realities of
the world around us, ready to take a
permanent stand. We are hoping this
movie has the ability to shed light on
how epic Tupac Shakur really was.
Like most biopics we really hope the
movie does his legacy justice!
All Eyez on Me is set to hit theaters
June 16th.

for the project, which will mark the first effort since the passing of member
Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes in 2002. For
those new millennials who may not
know TLC has been ranked at sell-
ing over 65 million albums to be the
top African American female group
outside of the Supremes! Through
their kickstarter TLC is also allowing
