I’ve noticed that isolation and/or separation of what you are used to happens too many when
they chase their dreams and goals. With the end result being relying on your faith and continuing to press forward with your goals. Why does she (The Date Whisperer) want to unite
others in loving relationships?
Love and time are the most valuable gifts you can give someone. Having the ability to see people smile from their hearts and know that they don’t have to go through life’s uncertainties
alone any more is the best thing you can give a person. So my heart feels it’s my mission to do
so. I’m also about disqualifying stereotypes. Many studies have shown that African American’s
don’t get married and if we do, we don’t stay married. It’s not that we don’t want to get married; we just lack the relationship foundations to encompass on healthy, loving relationships. I’m
here to help build that foundation and prove the stereotypes wrong.
Well you are definitely trending on the right side to educate and assist many with relationship
obstacles. Where do you see The Date Whisperer in the next year? 5 years? And 10?
I see the radio show in syndication in several states within the next year. In the next five years I
see The Date Whisperer partnering with colleges and universities offering relationship programs,
and ultimately “The Date Whisperer” brand will be global.
We’ve learned a lot about who and what The Date Whisperer is. What is your company’s
stated mission statement, the reason that The Date Whisperer exists?
To help women get the ring. In this day and age we often get carried away with the joy of getting
a title of being someone’s girlfriend when it’s much more profound than that alone. We find
ourselves involved in unhealthy relationships too busy trying to prove we are worth receiving a
ring rather than stating our worth as a partner and wife and not settling for anything less.
