I wish to submit that the Government has issued orders in the reference cited in connection with the conduct of SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations June of every year, in order to facilitate the pass candidates to take admission in the 1 st year intermediate course without loss of an academic year.

In this connection, I wish to add that the SSC Public Examinations March, 2013 were completed by 09-04-2013 and the results are proposed to be released by 3rdweek of May, 2013. Soon after the Publication of the results, the Nominal Roll extracts of the failed candidates will be sent to all the schools in the State. Accordingly the failed candidates have to remit the examination fee to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations to be held in June, 2013. The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be 3rd week of June 2013 tentatively. The results will be released in the last week of July, 2013 tentatively.

The presence of all the Headmasters / Clerical Staff / Office Sub-ordinates is essentially required for the following purposes:-

( i) To receive extraction of nominal rolls of failed candidates.( ii) To receive failed memos of the failed candidates.( iii) To receive and remit the examination fee. In view of the above, I request you to kindly issue instructions to all the District Educational Officers on the following items as were done for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations held in June, 2012. 1. To Prevent all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all Managements along with their Non-Teaching Staff including Office Sub-ordinate personnel from availing summer vacation with effective from the date of release of results of SSC March 2013 to re reopening of schools.

2. Earned Leave may be preserved for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation / proportionately as per leave rules.

The attention of All the District Educational Officers, in the State are informed that, Govt. have issued vide. G. O. Ms. No. 38. dt. 16-6-2012, to conduct Transfers Counseling for all teachers during 2012 accordingly, all Dist Level committees have conducted Transfers Counseling.

As Per the G. O. Ms. No. 38, dt. 16-6-2012, all the teachers who are transferred shall join in the new school where they are posted on the next day of the counseling.

As per the said G. O. Most of the teachers have joined in new stations, but some of the teachers who are transferred during schedule are not relieved from present stations for want of substitutes as per the orders of Govt. in G. O. Ms. No. 56, dt. 6-7-2012.

Therefore, all the teachers who are transferred as per G. O. Ms. No. 38, Edn, dt. 16-6-2012, may be relieved on 22-4-2013 A. N. to enable them to report on 23-4-2013 at new school. Further the District Educational Officers may to asses the school wise teachers position for making alternate steps to position at least one teacher in all schools. This assement / alternate arraignments should be completed during May 2013 i. e., before rationalization work.

All the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take necessary action in the matter immediately.
