Therefore, the District Eductional Officers are instructed to plance the matter before the District Collector wherever the summer heat is more for taking a decision with regard to running the schools in SSC Centres.
The District Collectors after examining the matter, may take a decision with regard to running of the schools in the aftemoons for the schools which are constituted as SSC Examination centers, duly taking into consideration of the weather in the district, and if necessary may declare a hilidays and compensate on holidays before 23- 04-2013.
It may also be noted that school cannot be run between 7-00 AM to 9-00 AM as it interfreres in conduct of exams, and not feasible.

All the Project Officers of RVM( SSA) and District Educational Officers in thestate are informed that orders were issued on termination of Vidya Volunteers engaged during 2012-13 Further it was also instructed to confinue the services of Vidya Volunteers up the end of this academic year in the schools which are runnig only with one Vidya Volunteer.
During the Video conference held on 21-03-2013 some of the Project Officers have informed that it is very difficult conduct of summative test III, evaluation of test papers especially in Upper Primary Schools which are running with one or two teachers. Hence they have requested to permit to utilize the services of Vidya Volunteers in certain Schools for the above purpose till the closer of the academic year i. e. 23-04-2013.
Therefore the project Officers and District Educational Officers are requested to take a decision at their level with the approval of the District Collector and Chairman Rajiv Vidya Mission in this regard.
They are further requested to furnish school wise details of Vidaya Volunteers if continued for the above. Purpose so as to release funds towards the Honorarium of these Vidya Volunteers.
