Carissa: Wow you have been busy and seems like very successful as well. Let me ask you this: Who would you say has influenced you?
Poca: I was literally influenced through music by the dopest MC's in the game such as Kool G Rap, Chilly Mac, Scar Face, Nas, Mos Def, Eminem, Rakim, Rah Diggah, MC Lyte, Queen Latifa, Tupac, just to name a few.
Carissa: Yeah, legend Emcees. If you had to describe your style in one sentence, how would you do it?
Poca: My style is lyrical, east coast underground jersey style. Another of my aka's is Dirty Jerzy by the way.
Carissa: ANd what projects are you currently involved in, Ms. Pocahontas?
Poca: Right now Im doing a bunch of songs for my movie deals and just pushing my most recent albim "Underground Railroad". I'm hoping to get signed by Jimmy Iovine truthfully...Thats my goal.
Carissa: Ambition. I like that. WHat other goal do you have set for yourself?
Poca: To win grammy is as my second goal. <giggles>
Carissa: Funny how you laugh when you say that but your eyes are saying that you are serious.
Poca: I am serious.
