The University of Sharjah offers financial assistance options to prospective students in the form of scholarships and bursaries.
BURSARIES Family Fee Reduction
Siblings registered at the University in the same semester may be granted a 10 % reduction for each on the net fees payable. Further details are available from the Department of Finance.
Distinguished Students Fees Reduction
The University grants a reduction in total tuition fees for distinguished students if approved by the University’ s Higher Administration. Eligible students may be considered for such a reduction if registered for a minimum of 15 credit hours during the semester and if such hours include practical training. IEP students are not eligible for this assistance and it may not be combined with any other financial assistance available from the University.
Entrance Fees Reduction
The University grants a 50 % reduction in tuition fees for the first semester only to students who have obtained 90 % or more on the general secondary school examination. This reduction does not apply to students obtaining full scholarships.
