Introduction
My name is Esti Cogger, and I’ m a project director with Project and Development Services at JLL. I have ultimate accountability and responsibility for whatever happens on that programme of works.
The Role
As a project director, my role involves setting the culture, ensuring it’ s inclusive and conducive to doing good work, and making sure that the processes support the best work possible while maintaining a good client relationship. Internally, I also ensure there is a project pipeline, revenue is coming in, and profitability is just right, making my role both outward and inward facing.
